Common questions

Everything clients ask before their first season with us.

Short answers on what is included, how the lease model works, how pricing is determined, reserving your date, in-season repairs, removal and where we work.

Updated October 2026

What is included in the Premium Holiday Light Experience?

Everything from the first sketch to takedown: custom lighting design, our commercial-grade LED lights, professional installation, in-season maintenance and removal beginning January 2. One team handles all of it, so you never touch a ladder. If something goes out during the season, it is addressed within 48 business hours. See how it comes together on a home.

Do I buy the lights?

No. You lease our commercial-grade LED lights for the season, and we install, maintain and remove them. We do not install customer-owned lights. Start with a free design consultation.

Can you install lights I already own?

No. We install only our own commercial-grade LED lights, leased for the season. Working from one inventory is what lets us stand behind how a design looks and service it quickly all season. See what we design and install.

How is pricing determined?

By your design and the scope of the property. Every proposal is custom and follows a free design consultation. Request a free design consultation.

Do you come out to see the property?

Usually not. We design online from your photos and satellite and street views, so there is no appointment to schedule. For larger estate, HOA and commercial projects, an on-site walkthrough is available on request. Start your free design consultation.

How do I reserve my installation date?

Approve the design we draw for your property. A 50% deposit reserves your installation date. Dates are scheduled in the order they are reserved, so earlier approval means more choice of date. Request your design consultation.

What happens if a light goes out during the season?

We address it within 48 business hours. In-season maintenance is part of the Premium Holiday Light Experience, so there is nothing extra to arrange and nothing for you to repair. Tell us what you are seeing and we will schedule the visit. Call or text (972) 267-3719.

When do you take the lights down?

Removal begins January 2. If anything goes out during the season, it is addressed within 48 business hours. Reserve this season.

Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?

Yes. We light HOA and community entrances, restaurants, retail and institutions across Dallas-Fort Worth. Boards and property managers get a board-ready proposal and one point of contact, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. See how we work with HOA boards.

Which colors can I choose?

Warm white, cool white, multicolor, red & white candy cane, or a custom palette. Colors are chosen during your design consultation and drawn into the proposal, so you see the scheme before anything is installed. Communities and businesses often match an existing monument or brand color. See the elements we light.

What areas do you serve?

Dallas-Fort Worth, from Fort Worth and Westover Hills east through Dallas and north to McKinney. That includes Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, Farmers Branch, Irving, Las Colinas, Coppell, Carrollton, Addison, Richardson, Plano, Frisco and Arlington. See the full service area.

I'm a returning client. How do I rebook?

Send us a rebooking request and tell us whether to keep last season’s design or change it. We still have your design on file, so returning clients can be scheduled from a short note rather than a new consultation. Rebook your installation.
