What we collect

Only what you type into our request form. The form is hosted by Jobber, our scheduling software, and typically asks for your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of what you would like lit.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your request, start your design, prepare your proposal and carry out the work. That is the only reason we hold it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only requested a consultation.

Who else sees it

Jobber processes and stores form submissions on our behalf, and Google processes email sent to our address. Nobody else receives your request.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure which pages lead to consultation requests. It records the page you viewed, your country, device type and referring site.

It does not use cookies, and it does not record your name, email address, phone number or anything else you typed into the form.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we work together and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards. Ask us and we will delete a request that did not become a job.
