Holiday Lighting in Irving & Las Colinas

Frosty’s Holiday Lighting designs, installs, maintains and removes holiday lighting for homes, businesses and community entrances across Irving and Las Colinas, and the design consultation is online: we work from your address, your photos and satellite and street views, so there is no appointment to schedule.

This is the part of the metroplex where most of our HOA and community work sits, alongside individual homes and businesses.

Whichever it is, one team handles the season: the design drawn on photos of the property, the installation, in-season repairs within 48 business hours, and removal beginning January 2.

The design

Designing for Irving and Las Colinas homes.

Much of Irving and Las Colinas is master-planned: entrance monuments, guard houses and tree-lined drives. For a community the design starts at the entrance, because that is the part every resident and guest passes. Entrance monuments and signage carry garland with bows, the guard house gets outlined, and the trunks along the drive are hand-wrapped.

For HOA boards and property managers we put the whole season into one proposal — design, installation, in-season maintenance and removal beginning January 2 — itemised by element and drawn on photos of your entrances, so directors can see exactly what they are approving at a single meeting.

Homes and businesses here get the same catalogue of elements: rooflines and ridges, windows and arches, columns and pillars, hand-wrapped tree trunks and lit tree canopies, pathways and flowerbeds, wreaths, garland and bows, and commercial pre-lit trees. Colors run warm white, cool white, multicolor and candy cane in red & cool white or red & warm white, with more colors and custom combinations on request, and communities and businesses often match an existing monument or brand color.

Common questions

Questions about lighting in Irving and Las Colinas.

Updated October 2026

Do you install holiday lighting in Irving and Las Colinas?

Yes. We have installed in Irving and Las Colinas every season since 2022, in 75038, 75060 and 75062. That covers homes, businesses and HOA and community common areas, all designed, installed, maintained and removed by our own team. Request a design consultation.

Do you need to visit my Irving or Las Colinas property to design it?

No. We design online by default, from your address, your photos and satellite and street views, so there is no appointment to schedule and nobody has to be home. We draw the scheme on a photo of your property so you approve a picture rather than a description. An on-site walkthrough is available on request for larger estate, HOA and commercial projects. Start your online design consultation.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers in Irving and Las Colinas?

Yes. Community work is a large part of what we do here. Entrance monuments, guard houses and tree-lined drives all go into one board-ready proposal covering design, installation, in-season maintenance and removal beginning January 2, with one point of contact throughout. Cottonwood Valley HOA in Irving is one of those projects. See how we work with HOA boards.
