The design
Designing for Lewisville homes.
Lewisville has established neighborhoods and newer ones side by side, and two-story homes run through both. A second story gives a roofline height and drama, so we plan rooflines and ridges on a photo first, lighting the upper lines that show the shape and leaving dark the ones that would only clutter it.
Below that, the first floor is where people feel the welcome: windows and arches framed, columns and pillars at the door, wreaths, garland and bows at the entry, and pathways and flowerbeds leading up the walk. On an established lot, hand-wrapped trunks, or trunks and the main branches, to the height the design calls for, add depth in front of the house.
The colors are warm white, cool white, multicolor, candy cane in red & cool white and candy cane in red & warm white, with more colors and custom combinations on request. One color across the roofline and windows keeps a tall house looking calm and deliberate.
